Résumé :

The past and present accumulation of ecological debt has largely been ignored by industrialised countries, but the violation of human rights through increasing ecological debt cannot continue. A Global Tribunal on Ecological Debt and Human Rights at the heart of the European Union (Brussels) intends to draw international attention to the problem and wants to bring it to the international agenda.
