The text proposes a critique of Marxism, asks the question : Is the solidarity socio-economy an alternative to the market economy?, asserts that the solidarity-based economy should fight against neoliberal globalization at the global level, and describes the call for a preparatory meeting on International Regulations in the context of the solidarity-based economy in the era of globalization.
