Measurement indicators for social performance

Résumé :

A proposal of indicators to help Microfinance and Finance of Solidarity Institutions (MFI)to measure social performance. The proposed indicators do not intend to be exhaustive; the aim being to find indicators which might meet the MFIs’ requirements and, therefore, may contribute to the reflection and definition of a development strategy for MFIs. This is not an easy task, since the multiplicity of MFI models bring about a multiplicity of indicators.
