The objective of the questionnaire has been correctly understood: the relevance of the indicators to the reality being experienced by the MFIs.The 18 questionnaires filled in offer an interesting diversity regarding the geographical setting, the structure of the organisations and the methodology used to reach the population. Most of the questionnaires have been filled in by executive staff directly involved in and concerned by the questions under consideration.
