Contribution to the debate on ethical and responsible consumption

Résumé :

The consumption society leaded to the importance of a socialisation through the symbolic value of goods. One of its consequence is the loss of the cultural identity combined with difficulties of thinking on a sustainable use of goods. The author analyses the principles which would allow an improvement of the actual crisis of consumption society and insists on sensitising the public and promoting personal actions (he narrates some of his own experiences as examples).
