Work and social organisation

Résumé :

In order to question and to analyse the changes of the work organisation dragged by the new productive systems, the authors firstly define the concepts used in such a debate : Activity, Work and Employment. They support the use a diachronic approach that allow to see the evolutions in the work market as opposed to the statism provoked by some indicators.

Then they raise the question : "How to participate in the debate on the future of work?". To answer this question they suggest some ideas and questionings : can be money considered as a unique means for satisfying the needs one of the main reasons of the present social problems? Which question do the elderly, women and the young raise by their role in the social organisation? What could be the business reforms of the in this globalisation context?
