Created in 1996, l’Observatoire de la Finance (the Finance Observatory) seeks to make financial circles more aware of the search for the common good, that is research of conciliation between what is good for the community and what is good for people.

Résumé :

The first part of this text attempts to describe the new forms of dependences and interdependences of the new world economy. In the second part, the most visible consequences of globalization are presented: the growth of finance; the growth of services; emergence of new types of organization. In conclusion, issues on governance, and on the place left for Man in the globalization process are tackled.
