Résumé :

As far as the Alliance is concerned, solidarity economy is moving from a stage of localized and specific alternatives to a stage where Man is at the heart of economy.

The role of evaluation is extremely important in the construction of the development model. This evaluation can be made with either qualitative or quantitative indicators. For solidarity socio-economy, the second type of indicator will have a special importance and will be much more difficult to define and to handle.

This text launches the debate on criterions and indicators, as well as the process of development.
